About the position

As a quality technician, you will support and drive the work with quality, deviation management, measurement, and internal audits. You will be a central part of the quality work and ensure that the products maintain the highest quality standards and that relevant quality rules and procedures are followed. You will work with:

• Development and implementation of quality control procedures
• Inspection and testing of products and materials
• Collaboration with production staff, engineering, and purchasing to solve quality issues
• Documentation and reporting of quality deviations, including root cause investigations
• Conducting internal audits according to ISO9001:2015
• Responsibility for calibration and management of measuring tools
• Measuring products according to drawing requirements

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, structured, and driven with a strong interest in quality and technology. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a natural ability to collaborate with different functions within an organization. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Technical education (2 years or longer)
• At least 3 years of experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of reading drawings, form, and position
• Experience with quality tools such as 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams
• Experience with calibration and measuring tools
• Internal auditor training in ISO9001:2015 is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license B
